Poroshenko, Tusk meeting scheduled for September 19 - office of the European Council president

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on the sidelines of the session of the UN General Assembly intends to meet with President of the European Council Donald Tusk.

An Ukrinform correspondent learned this from the office of the president of the European Council.

"A meeting with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko is planned in New York on Tuesday, September 19," the EU governing institution said.

The meeting is scheduled for 15:00 local time.

As reported, on September 18-21, the President of Ukraine will pay a visit to the United States of America, within the framework of which he will take part in the session of the UN General Assembly.
