Ukraine urges to punish guilty of violating truce in Donbas – Olifer

During a skype meeting of the subgroup on security of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on Donbas, the Ukrainian side calls on the Russian Federation and the ORDLO to comply with their obligations on ceasefire regime.

Darka Olifer, the spokesperson for Ukraine's representative in the group, former Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma, reported this on Facebook.

"Following the results of the skype meeting of the subgroup on security, the Ukrainian side called on the Russian Federation and the ORDLO to comply with their obligations to observe the ceasefire. Civilians suffer from shelling. It’s not always easy for children to attend a school. The main purpose of the back-to-school ceasefire - the safety of children during the school year – is under threat," she noted.

In addition, according to Olifer, the Ukrainian side demanded that every case of the ceasefire violation by ORDLO is investigated, and the perpetrators must be publicly punished.
