Groysman: 70 km of roads in Mykolaiv region to be repaired this year

By the end of this year, 70 km of roads in Mykolaiv region are planned to be repaired, whereas in 2016 only 10 km of roads were done.

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said this to journalists during the inspection of the road repair in Mykolaiv region, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Groysman stressed that last year UAH 600 million had been allocated from the state budget for roads in Mykolaiv region, while this year - UAH 1.2 billion.

At the same time, he informed that this year the Mykolaiv-Kropyvnytsky road repair would begin, the cost of which would be about UAH 1.6 billion.

As a reminder, the prime minister is on a working visit to Mykolaiv region on August 17. This week, he has already visited two regions - Dnipropetrovsk region on August 15 and Kherson region on August 16.
