Speaker Parubiy goes to Georgia to attend NATO PA session

Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy will pay a visit to Georgia on May 29-30 to attend the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Spring Session.

"The agenda of the visit envisages holding of bilateral and tripartite meetings, in particular with President of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Paolo Alli, Georgian Parliament Speaker Irakli Kobakhidze, Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II. The speech of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is planned at the session, as well as his participation in the debates and voting for the draft Declaration on Georgia's Euro-Atlantic Integration," the report reads.

The Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament together with the Chairman of the Georgian Parliament will make a statement to the press and lay flowers to the Heroes' Monument.
