Nazar Kholodnytskyi says two months enough to issue indictment against Roman Nasirov

Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) Nazar Kholodnytskyi expects that an indictment against suspended Head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov will be sent to court within two months.

Kholodnytskyi stated this on Inter TV Channel on March 12.

"Detectives of the NABU [National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine] together with procedural leaders of the SAP at a meeting, before the announcement of a suspicion, assured me that two months would be enough for them to complete the procedure… And I want to see an indictment in two months," he said, Ukrainska Pravda reports.

Kholodnytskyi also noted that the SAP called on the Court of Appeal to establish a bail totaling UAH 2 billion.
