Ex-Deputy Defense Minister Dolhov appointed ambassador of Ukraine to Georgia

President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Ihor Dolhov as Ambassador of Ukraine to Georgia.

The relevant decree, No.25/2017, has been posted on the official president’s website.

“To appoint Dolhov Ihor Oleksiyovych as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Georgia,” reads a document.

Ihor Dolhov held this post of deputy defense minister for European integration from May 2015.

As Ukrinform reported, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Ihor Dolhov from this post in line with his earlier submitted letter of resignation.
