Ukrainian MP Logvinskiy elected Chairman of PACE sub-committee on fight against terrorism

Vice President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, MP from the People’s Front Party of Ukraine Georgiy Logvinskiy has been elected Chairman of the PACE Sub-Committee on Crime Problems and the Fight against Terrorism.

In a post on Facebook, Logvinskiy wrote that his candidacy was supported unanimously.

“Now, when Europe and the world everyday face with terrorism, the PACE sub-committee is to play a decisive role in the international arena to combat terrorism. I will use all the new opportunities for the protection of human rights, the fight against international crime and aggression, and as a consequence - the speedy return of control over Crimea and Donbas!” the MP noted.
