EU Foreign Affairs Council at upcoming meeting may discuss situation in Ukraine

The European Union Foreign Affairs Council on its meeting on November 14 plans to discuss the future of the Eastern Partnership and the current situation in Ukraine.

These and other issues have been put on the agenda of the upcoming meeting, own Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“The Council will discuss current multilateral and bilateral relations with the six Eastern Partnership countries - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine,” reads a report on the EU Council website.

Also, EU foreign ministers will have “an exchange of views on the future of the Partnership and determine possible deliverables to be achieved in 2017, notably with a view to the next Eastern Partnership Summit”.

In particular, the discussion may focus on the current situation in Ukraine
