President instructs Foreign Ministry to offer aid of Ukrainian rescuers to overcome consequences of earthquake in Italy – Tsegolko

The President has instructed to offer assistance of Ukrainian rescuers and doctors to overcome the consequences of the earthquake in Italy.

President's press secretary Svyatoslav Tsegolko wrote this on his Facebook page.

"The President has instructed the Foreign Ministry to hold consultations with the Italian partners and to offer assistance of Ukrainian rescuers and doctors to overcome the consequences of the earthquake in Italy. The relevant instructions were given on Aug 24," reads a statement.

As a reminder, a strong 6.2 magnitude earthquake has struck Italy on Wednesday near the city of Perugia.
