Government plans to create 5 pilot centers on rendering social services in format of ‘transparent office’

The Cabinet of Ministers plans to consider the issue of creation of pilot centers on rendering social services in the format of “transparent office” in five regions of Ukraine, according to a report on the governmental website.

“The governmental committee on social policy and humanitarian development gathered today, August 2, under the chairmanship of Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko, and approved a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which provides for the launch of pilot projects on the creation of centers on rendering social services in the format of "transparent office" in 5 regions,” reads a report.

According to the draft resolution, in order to raise the efficiency of social services for citizens, the relevant offices are to be established in Dnipro, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Kharkiv, and start operating from January 1, 2017.
