Ukrainian Government switches to electronic document management from August 15

Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleksandr Sayenko says that the Government will switch to the system of electronic document management from August 15.

“Ministers may complain about a number of documents on their desks, and they 60-70 percent of their time review these documents which nobody needs. This is a challenge for the system change. On August 15, we are switching to the [system of] electronic document circulation among central executive governing bodies,” Sayenko said at a press conference dedicated to the first100 days of Government led by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

He added that the Cabinet of Ministers also introduced a system monitoring component.

“We’ve introduced a system monitoring component so as to reduce document circulation [the amount of documents] and procedures in the system,” the minister said.
