Verkhovna Rada begins session, MP Savchenko present there}
Parliament Speaker Andriy Parubiy has opened the plenary session of the Ukrainian parliament, 341 lawmakers have registered in the system, Ukrinform reports.
MP Nadiya Savchenko, the Batkivshchyna Party, is attending the session. She has brought Ukrainian flag to the Rada.
