President Poroshenko, Dutch PM Rutte coordinate actions to investigate MH-17 crash

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte have coordinated their joint actions within the framework of the MH-17 airliner tragedy investigation.

The issue was discussed during their meeting during Ukrainian President’s working visit to Turkey, the press service of the Head of State reports.

"The leaders of Ukraine and the Netherlands have also coordinated their joint actions within the framework of the investigation for MH-17 flight plane shot down by the Russian militants in July 2014", a statement said.

At the same time, the main issues on the agenda at negotiations of Heads of State were coming into effect of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, as well as the completion of EU decision-making process to liberalize visa regime for Ukrainian citizens.

The two sides have also separately discussed the situation in Donbas. In particular, Poroshenko said that he expects further solidarity and unity of the EU concerning the issue of support for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, namely regarding prolonging the EU sanctions against Russia until Moscow fully implements the Minsk agreements and restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
