Foreign ministers of 12 European countries offer to grant Ukraine visa-free regime immediately

The foreign ministers of the Baltic States, Nordic countries and Visegrad Group countries declared their readiness to continue supporting the implementation of the Association Agreements with Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

This has been stated in the statement of the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Latvia.

"The ministers stressed the need to urgently provide Georgia and Ukraine with visa-free regime," reads a statement after the meeting, which was held in Jurmala on April 21-22.

Member of the European Commission for Internal Affairs Dimitris Avramopoulos expects that the citizens of Ukraine will soon be able to travel to the EU without visas.
