Speaker, deputy speaker of Ukraine’s Parliament elected

MP Andriy Parubiy was elected as the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

284 MPs voted for the decision, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

In addition, 260 lawmakers voted for the appointment of MP Iryna Herashchenko as the First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament.
