Poroshenko and Duda to discuss Donbas and upcoming Warsaw NATO Summit

President of Poland Andrzej Duda and President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in Washington on April 1 will hold a meeting to discuss the situation in eastern Ukraine, as well as the participation of the Ukrainian president in the 2016 Warsaw NATO Summit on July 8-9.

Marek Magierowski, head of the Polish president's press office, told own Ukrinform correspondent.

“The presidents will discuss the situation in Donbas and implementation of the Minsk agreements. In addition, the attention will be paid to the issues of security in Europe, in particular in the context of President Poroshenko’s invitation to the NATO Summit in Warsaw,” Magierowski said.

As earlier reported, Presidents Poroshenko and Duda will hold a meeting in Washington as part of their participation in the Nuclear Security Summit.
