Kerry to visit Moscow to discuss issues on Syria, ISIS and Ukraine

US Secretary of State John Kerry will begin a visit to the Russian capital on Tuesday, March 22 and will stay there until Friday in order to discuss the issues on Syria, ISIS and Ukraine.

This was officially announced in the US State Department, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"Kerry will visit Moscow on March 22-25, where he will meet with Russian officials," the statement of the US Foreign Service said.

The parties will discuss the ongoing efforts of the International Syria Support Group on cessation of hostilities, provision of assistance and improvement and expansion of humanitarian access, as well as fight against ISIS.

"In addition, the US Secretary of State will discuss Ukraine’s issues and the need for full implementation of the Minsk agreements," the US Department of State noted.
