Poroshenko: Ukrainians do not support instigators

Ukrainians have proved their responsibility having not supported the instigators of the so-called "third Maidan."

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said this at the briefing in Vinnytsia on Monday.

"Saturday and Sunday were the days of commemoration of the dead, the wounded. It was the day of our Revolution of Dignity, and the lion's share of Kyiv residents and those who came to honor their memory corresponded clearly to the name of the revolution and the Day of Dignity. Of course, the Kremlin propaganda really liked that day to pass in a different way. That is why they prepared in advance the slogans "Maidan 3.0" or "third Maidan." However, this provocation failed because the Ukrainians are very responsible despite the objective difficulties, shortcomings," Poroshenko said.

According to him, it is a vivid proof of the fact that Maidan and the Revolution of Dignity involved responsible people who want Ukraine to be reformed, the values of Maidan to be implemented and Ukraine to move to Europe.
