U.S. Department of State representatives to visit Ukraine next week

The representatives of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development, engaged in the provision of assistance, will be paying their visit to Ukraine on January 25-29.

This is reported by the press service of U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.

"Assistant Administrator for Europe and Eurasia at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Thomas Melia and U.S. Department of State Coordinator of Assistance to Europe and Eurasia Alina Romanowski will be paying the visit to Ukraine on January 25-29," reads the statement.

During the visit, they plan to meet with Ukrainian officials, civil society leaders and heads of private companies to discuss how U.S. assistance helps Ukraine overcome the economic and humanitarian problems and to assess the need for further assistance.
