Saakashvili believes authorities in Ukraine have to be restarted

The Ukrainian coalition has lost time and credibility since its establishment, so the government must be restarted.

Governor of the Odesa region Mikheil Saakashvili made a statement, UNN news agency reports.

"Time was lost, and trust was lost too. If trust is lost, regardless if you reincarnate and become brilliant, no one will trust you. Either we will rapidly deteriorate, or we  will reboot the system quickly in order to stabilize the situation. There’s no third option," said the governor.

According to Saakashvili, in 2014, when the coalition was formed, it could have passed many reform oriented laws. He also noted that the government can not maintain the status quo.

"The status quo means continuation of theft and ongoing destruction of budget. The status quo will secure us that we’ll be neglected because the West is waiting for a cause to break up with Ukraine," he stated.
