Putin agrees on full access of OSCE to Donbas - Klimkin

During the negotiations in the Normandy format in Paris, Russian President Vladimir Putin for the first time agreed on the OSCE full access to all areas in Donbas.

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin said this at the Freedom of Speech program on ICTV channel, Ukrinform reports.

"For the first time I heard from the Russian party, from Putin, that the OSCE SMM should have full access to all areas of Donbas in accordance with its mandate. Without this full access, there is no certainty that we have any progress in the security field," he said.

According to the minister, this is a key agreement reached during the meeting.
