Ukrainian National Guard raises flag over Kupiansk city hall

Fighters of the 2nd Khartia Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU) have established control over the Kupiansk City Council building in the Kharkiv region and are completing clearance operations in the city.

This was reported by the press service of the 2nd NGU Corps Khartia on Facebook, which also released unique footage of the assault on the Kupiansk city hall, Ukrinform reports.
