Weather forecasters warn Ukrainians of strong winds
On Thursday, November 21, a strong wind of up to 28 m/s is expected in Ukraine.
The State Emergency Service reported this with reference to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center's forecasts.
"Weather forecasters warn of strong winds of 15-20 m/s throughout Ukraine and 25-28 m/s in the Sea of Azov area,” the report says.
