Foreign Ministry confirms death of four Ukrainians in Czech Republic

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has confirmed reports that four Ukrainians were killed in a road accident in the Czech Republic.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Kateryna Zelenko reported on Twitter that the fifth person injured in the accident is receiving medical assistance.

According to the report, the consul established contact with the relatives of the deceased and is working on issues related to the repatriation of bodies.

A Mercedes van carrying five Ukrainians collided with a truck near the Czech town of Trinec on November 11. According to Zakarpattia Online, the victims were migrant workers from Zakarpattia region - residents of the Vynohradiv and Khust districts.
