Water supply to occupied Luhansk region suspended

In Luhansk region, the water supply to the uncontrolled part of the region has been suspended because of an accident at the water pipeline.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons informed this on Twitter.

"The water supply from the Petrivske pumping station to the uncontrolled areas of Luhansk region has been suspended," the report reads.

According to the Ministry, the reason for the suspension is the emergency situation on the main water pipeline in the occupied territory of Luhansk region.

As reported, the Petrivske pumping station of the Popasna water service company provides water to the occupied Luhansk and some surrounding populates areas.
