109 populated areas in four Ukrainian regions remain without electricity

As of 7 am on January 23, 109 populated areas in four Ukrainian regions still remained without electricity.

This is reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

"Bad weather conditions (snow, wind gusts) caused blackouts in 109 populated areas in four regions of Ukraine, particularly: 68 populated areas - in Odesa region, 24 – in Cherkasy region, 10 – in Kherson region and 7 – in Zaporizhzhia region,” the report reads.

Emergency teams of Oblenergo are involved into the restoration of the electricity supply.
