Bad weather causes blackouts in 94 towns, villages in 7 regions of Ukraine

Bad weather conditions (rain, wet snow, and wind gusts) have caused blackouts in 94 towns and villages in seven regions in Ukraine.

This is reported by the press office of the State Emergency Service.

"As of 7:00 on October 31, bad weather caused blackouts in 94 towns and villages in seven regions in Ukraine, namely 27 towns and villages in Kyiv region, 19 – in Zhytomyr, 17 – in Sumy, 13 – in Khmelnytsky, 8 – in Ivano-Frankivsk, 7 – in Chernivtsi and 3 – in Dnipropetrovsk regions," the report reads.

Regional power supply crews are involved in restoring power supply to populated centers.
