Over 20,000 Ukrainians changed place of voting before parliamentary elections - CEC

As of June 26, 20,209 Ukrainian voters have temporarily changed their place of voting before early parliamentary elections.

Deputy Head of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Yevhen Radchenko stated this at a press briefing on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“There are 20,209 people who used their right to temporarily change the place of voting. Within the electoral district - it is 8%, outside the electoral district - it is 92%," said Radchenko.

According to him, the largest number of applications was filed by residents of Donetsk region – 3,000, Luhansk region - 3,000, and over 1,000 – from Kyiv and Kharkiv region.

As reported, Ukraine’s snap parliamentary elections are scheduled for July 21.
