CEC receives paper protocols on voting results from all 199 territorial electoral districts

The Central Election Commission of Ukraine has received the paper protocols on voting results in the run-off of presidential elections from two more territorial electoral districts.

The protocols were received from the constituency election commissions at the CEC meeting on Friday morning, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Thus, the CEC received the original protocols from the constituency election commissions of the 121st territorial electoral district (Drohobych town, Lviv region) and the 185th territorial electoral district (Kakhovka town, Kherson region).

Thus, as of 10:30 April 26, the Central Election Commission of Ukraine received the paper protocols on voting results in the run-off of presidential elections from the constituency election commissions of all 199 territorial electoral districts in Ukraine. However, the CEC still awaits an updated protocol from one constituency election commission.

In addition, the CEC should draw up a protocol on the voting results in the overseas electoral district, where the functions of a constituency election commission are performed by the Central Election Commission itself.

As reported, the second round of Ukraine’s presidential elections was held on Sunday, April 21.

A total of 199 territorial electoral districts and one overseas electoral district, as well as about 30,000 precinct election commissions, were formed. 101 polling stations operated abroad.
