More than 325,000 Ukrainians have already used their right to temporarily change the place of voting before the second round of presidential elections scheduled for April 21, Head of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine Tetiana Slipachuk has said.

"Departments of the State Register of Voters started receiving [citizens] immediately after the CEC announced the results of voting on March 31. In fact, from April 7 to April 15, 325,604 Ukrainians used their right to temporarily change the place of voting," she wrote on her Facebook page.
