CEC counts over 90% of ballots

Ukraine's Central Election Commission (CEC) counted 92.09% of ballots in the regular presidential election by 19:45 on Monday.

Respective data have been posted on the CEC website, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

According to these results, Volodymyr Zelensky took 30.25% of the vote, Petro Poroshenko has 15.95%, and Yulia Tymoshenko collected 13.39%.

Yuriy Boiko received 11.53%, Anatoliy Hrytsenko 6.99%, Ihor Smeshko 5.98%, Oleh Liashko 5.47%, Oleksandr Vilkul 4.21%, and Ruslan Koshulynsky 1.65%.

Other candidates gained less than 1% of the vote.

The number of voters who took part in the first round of the presidential election in Ukraine is 17,217,962.

The presidential election in Ukraine was held on March 31. There were 39 candidates on the ballot paper.
