Comedian Volodymyr Zelensky takes the lead in Ukraine's presidential election with 30.7% of the vote and is followed by incumbent President Petro Poroshenko with 18.6% of the vote and Batkivshchyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko with 13.9% of the vote, according to the results of a joint exit poll ordered by the 112 Ukraine and NewsOne television channels as of 18:00.

The exit poll was conducted by Austria's SORA Institute for Social Research and Consulting and Ukraine's Social Monitoring Center. The results of the poll were disclosed at a briefing on Sunday after the closure of polling stations, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
