Power outage schedules to be in effect in most regions of Ukraine on Monday

In most regions of Ukraine, hourly power outages will affect residential users throughout the day on Monday, February 23, while industrial users will face power restrictions.

According to Ukrinform, NPC Ukrenergo reported this on Facebook.

“On February 23, hourly power outage schedules and power restrictions (for industrial users) will be in effect throughout the day in most regions,” the statement said.

The reason for the restrictions is the consequences of Russian missile and drone attacks on the power system.

The company noted that the timing and scope of the restrictions may change.

Up-to-date information will be posted on the official social media pages of the regional power companies.
