More than 1,700 damaged buildings restored in Kyiv region’s Makariv

More than 1,700 objects, including 1,317 residential buildings, have been fully or partially restored in the urban-type settlement of Makariv, Kyiv region.

The press service of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The urban-type settlement of Makariv suffered significant damage and destruction during active hostilities.  After liberation from the occupiers, work on the reconstruction of the community began. 1,721 objects have already been fully or partially restored. Among them are 1,317 buildings of the housing stock," the report says.

Overall, more than 3,600 objects and 2,800 residential buildings were damaged in Makariv community.

As reported by Ukrinform, over 12,600 objects, including 11,000 multi-apartment buildings and private houses, have been fully or partially restored in Kyiv region.
