A U.S. delegation has arrived in Kyiv to sign an agreement with President Volodymyr Zelensky on a $25 million investment by the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in Horizon Capital to help fast-growing small and medium-sized businesses.

U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink reported this on Twitter, according to Ukrinform.

"A warm welcome back to Kyiv to DFC CEO Scott Nathan, USAID Europe Assistant Administrator Erin McKee, and State Department Assistance Coordinator for Europe Maria Longi for the signing with President Volodymyr Zelensky of a $25 million DFC investment with Horizon Capital to support fast-growing small and medium-sized businesses," she wrote on Twitter.
