Azerbaijan delivers 45 transformers, 50 generators to Ukraine

Ukraine has received 45 power transformers and 50 generators sent as humanitarian aid from the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The relevant statement was made by AZERTAC, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The power equipment has been handed over to the representative of the Ukrainian Energy Ministry in Chernivtsi today.

According to Sabir Rzayev, Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine, the second shipment of humanitarian aid is expected to be sent from Azerbaijan in the coming days.

In general, Baku will deliver power equipment worth about $837,000 (AZN 1,422,000) to Kyiv.
