Russia’s missile strikes cause serious damage to energy facility in Lutsk – mayor

On Saturday morning, Russian missiles hit an energy facility in Lutsk city of Volyn region, actually destroying it.

Lutsk Mayor Ihor Polishchuk said this in a Facebook post, Ukrinform reports.

"The damage to the energy facility that was hit is critical. It has been actually destroyed. It is currently impossible to restore it," Polishchuk said.

He also informed that, according to preliminary data, three Kh-101 missiles hit the facility.

As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of October 22, Russian forces launched a massive missile attack on critical infrastructure facilities across Ukraine.
