Government stepping up work on deregulation to ease conditions for businesses

The Ukrainian government is stepping up work in the sphere of deregulation so that to simplify working conditions for entrepreneurs.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal wrote about this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"We already have the first results of the interregional group on deregulation: more than 3,500 regulatory acts have been revised, of which almost half - 1,636 documents have been repealed. These are acts that were related to regional specifics and burdened the work of entrepreneurs," Shmyhal stressed.

According to him, an interagency working group was set up last week that is expected to show a similar result by the end of the year and remove hundreds of artificial barriers to Ukrainian business.
