Ukraine increases consumption of liquefied gas

In May 2021, Ukraine increased consumption of liquefied gas by 1.9% compared to May 2020, Ukrinform reports with reference to the State Statistics Service.

In May 2021, Ukraine’s consumption of liquefied gas reached 14.2 thousand tonnes.

Over the reporting period, Ukraine also consumed 31.66 thousand tonnes of motor gasoline (excluding sales to the population through filling stations) (down 15.1% from May 2020); 340.38 thousand tonnes of diesel fuel (down 1.1%); 3.23 thousand tonnes of heavy fuel oil (down 65.9%); 2.74 million tonnes of coal (down 5.2% less); 1.36 billion cubic meters of natural gas (down 20.9%).
