Gas TSO of Ukraine becomes member of European Business Association

LLC Gas Transmission System Operator (GTSOU) of Ukraine has joined the European Business Association (EBA) in order to exchange experience in a professional environment and defend the interests of the Ukrainian gas market at the state and European levels, according to the company’s website.

GTSOU noted that membership in the European Business Association provides participants with the opportunity to exchange information about their activities, consult with each other, involve government officials in discussions, participate in the law-making process.

"We are happy to join a business environment that professes European values ​​and strives to work in line with European standards,” said Olha Belkova, the head of GTSOU’s department for cooperation with government agencies and international organizations.

As a reminder, the European Business Association was established in 1999 with the support of the European Commission in Ukraine. More than 1,000 Ukrainian companies are EBA members. The Association has grown to become one of the largest and most influential business communities in the country.
