Russia imposes sanctions against Centrenergo, Ukroboronprom

Russia has expanded sanctions against Ukraine, introducing restrictive measures against the state-owned energy company Centerenergo, the state defense conglomerate Ukroboronprom, and the state-owned arms exporter Ukrspecexport, according to Russian government resolution No. 153, published on February 12.

With this resolution, Russia expanded the list of sanctions from 68 to 84 Ukrainian legal entities. The restrictive measures include the blocking and freezing of non-cash funds, undocumented securities and property in Russia, as well as a ban on the transfer of funds and the withdrawal of capital outside its territory.
