State budget received UAH 61B of excise tax payments in Jan-Nov 2020

In January-November 2020, the general fund of Ukraine’s state budget received almost UAH 61.1 billion of excise tax payments for Ukrainian-manufactured goods, which is UAH 7.5 billion more compared with the relevant period last year, according to the Ukrainian State Tax Service.

“In January-November 2020, the Ukrainian state budget’s general fund collected excise tax payments for Ukrainian-manufactured goods in the amount of almost UAH 61.1 billion. Actual revenues exceeded projected revenues by 5.7%. The budget received a surplus of more than UAH 3.3 billion. Compared to the same period last year, revenues increased by 14.1% or by UAH 7.5 billion,” reads the report.

In November 2020, the Ukrainian state budget’s general fund received UAH 5.7 billion of excise tax payments for Ukrainian-manufactured goods, which is 37.4% or UAH 1.5 billion more than in the relevant period last year. Actual revenues in November exceeded projected revenues by 7% or UAH 373.7 million.

In January-November 2020, the Ukrainian state budget’s special fund received UAH 10.9 billion from excise tax payments for Ukrainian-manufactured goods, which is 42.9% or UAH 3.3 billion more than in the relevant period last year.

In November 2020, the Ukrainian state budget’s special fund received UAH 1.2 billion from excise tax payments for Ukrainian-manufactured goods, which is 57.8% or UAH 447.4 million more than in the relevant period last year.
