As part of the project "Eastern Ukraine: Reunification, Restoration and Revival (Project 3B)", Ukraine will obtain a USD 65 million loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and a EUR 100 million loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB), according to the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry.

The ministry noted that funds raised through loans will be used for major and current average repairs of the following road sections: H-26 Chuhuiv - Milove, R-66 Demyno-Oleksandrivka - Svatove - Lysychansk - Luhansk checkpoint, T-13-02 Taniushivka - Starobilsk - Bakhmut checkpoint.
