Ukraine, Netherlands to cooperate in development of electric transport

Ukraine and the Netherlands will cooperate in the development of electric transport, according to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Vladyslav Kryklii held a working meeting with Senior Vice President and Member of the Board at VDL Groep Rolf-Jan Zweep, during which they discussed possible cooperation in the development of transport infrastructure in Ukraine, in particular electric transport.

Rolf-Jan Zweep announced his readiness to cooperate with Ukraine in the development of transport infrastructure and electric transport.

During the negotiations, Kryklii said that as part of the implementation of the National Transport Strategy of Ukraine for the period up to 2030, the Ministry of Infrastructure was closely cooperating with the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on a project designed to develop urban electric transport in Ukraine.
