Ukraine, IMF considering possibility of organizing online mission in autumn

Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) are in constant dialogue and are working on the possibility of organizing an online mission of the Fund this autumn.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Yulia Kovaliv said this at a press conference on Tuesday, September 22, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"We are working with the International Monetary Fund to organize a mission in Ukraine in online mode in the autumn. It will be a new format for our relations with the IMF," Kovaliv said.

She added that Ukraine is in constant dialogue with the IMF on all issues of cooperation.

As reported, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said that the Finance Ministry expects to receive two tranches from the International Monetary Fund worth $700 million each by the end of the year.
