Chernihiv mayor inherits over UAH 138 mln

Chernihiv Mayor Vladyslav Atroshenko has inherited more than UAH 138 million, according to his declaration on significant changes in property status, which he filed on July 2.

According to the website of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, the Chernihiv mayor inherited 138,411,635 hryvnias from his father, Anatoliy Atroshenko. He also became the owner of a residential building with an area of 783.1 square meters worth UAH 6,900,826.

This is Atroshchenko's fourth declaration this year on significant changes in property status.

A month ago, on June 3, Atroshenko declared UAH 1 million in dividends received from the private enterprise Ahro-Treyder.

In two other asset declarations, filed on March 31 and April 8, he declared charitable expenses, in particular, a donation for the purchase of medical equipment (UAH 100,000) and funding for the purchase of a lung ventilator (UAH 430,000).

In his annual declaration for 2019, Atroshenko declared over UAH 64 million as income that he and his wife received from various sources.
