Finance Ministry attracts UAH 5.3 bln from domestic bonds’ sale

The Ukrainian Finance Ministry attracted UAH 5.3 billion to the state budget as a result of the sale of government domestic loan bonds on December 24, the Finance Ministry’s press service reported.

“As a result of the scheduled placement of government domestic loan bonds, the state budget was replenished with UAH 5,295,757,903.17 (at the exchange rate set by the National Bank),” reads the report.

The ministry also added that out of 53 submitted bids to buy domestic loan bonds, 23 were satisfied.

As reported, at the auction held on December 17, 2019, the Finance Ministry replenished the state budget with UAH 11.4 billion from the sale of government domestic loan bonds.
