Zelensky invites Estonian entrepreneurs to invest in Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Ukraine is interested in Estonian investments and creating joint ventures in the country.

Zelensky said this during talks with Estonian Prime Minister Jüri Ratas on Tuesday, November 26, the press service of the head of state reported.

“We would like you to consider Ukraine both as a geopolitical partner and as a country where you can invest. We are very interested in the development of joint ventures in Ukraine,” the president said.

The head of state informed the Estonian side of the steps of the Ukrainian authorities aimed at improving business conditions and opportunities for attracting investments.

The parties agreed that overcoming corruption would be a great impetus for further cooperation and prosperity of Ukraine. The Estonian prime minister stressed that Ukraine was making tangible steps in that direction.

In addition, the sides also touched upon the importance of maintaining positive dynamics of bilateral trade growth and stressed the need to renew the work of the Ukraine-Estonia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Industrial, Scientific and Technical Cooperation.

The head of state expressed gratitude to the Estonian Government for its consistent support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country and for its position on sanctions against Russia.
