"We expect our Slovak partners to accelerate preparations for the signing of important bilateral agreements: on joint control at the Ukrainian-Slovak border and on the restoration of the full-fledged functioning of the Uzhgorod airport," President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky told journalists after the meeting with President of Slovakia Zuzana Čaputová in Kyiv, the press service of the Head of State reports.

The parties also discussed the preparation of the bilateral agreement on employment and cooperation in the field of labor migration, as stated by the President of Ukraine.

For her part, the President of Slovakia noted that Ukraine had made great progress in recent years. “Mr. President informed me of his plans, and I am very pleased that his priorities include strengthening the rule of law and fighting corruption.
