Finance Ministry replenishes state budget with UAH 16.5 bln

The Finance Ministry of Ukraine attracted UAH 16.5 billion to the state budget as a result of the sale of government domestic loan bonds on September 10, 2019, according to the ministry’s website.

“As a result of the scheduled placement of government domestic loan bonds, the state budget was replenished with UAH 16,512,503,620.86 [at the exchange rate set by the NBU]," reads the report.

The ministry also added that out of 136 submitted bids to buy domestic loan bonds, 118 were satisfied.

As Ukrinform earlier reported, at the auction held on September 3, 2019, the Finance Ministry replenished the state budget with UAH 1.9 billion [at the exchange rate set by the NBU] from the sale of government domestic loan bonds.
